Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zen2Pay, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sáng AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Zen2Pay, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Service Description

Zen2Pay is a mobile application that facilitates bill sharing and expense tracking among users. The service allows users to create, share, and manage shared expenses with friends and family.

Features Include:

• Creating and sharing bills and expenses
• Splitting costs among multiple users
• Tracking payments and contributions
• Managing friend and family networks
• Processing payments through integrated payment providers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Zen2Pay, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, for all activities that occur under your account, and for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current.

• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Zen2Pay for any illegal purposes, to defraud others, to distribute malware, or in any way that could damage or impair the service.

You Agree NOT To:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent transactions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create fake or misleading bills or transactions
• Use the service to launder money or engage in other financial crimes

Payments and Transactions

Transaction Processing

Zen2Pay facilitates bill sharing but does not directly process payments. Actual payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

Fees

We may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Disputes

You are responsible for resolving disputes with other users regarding shared expenses. Zen2Pay provides tools to facilitate communication and record-keeping but is not responsible for resolving payment disputes between users.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Zen2Pay application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sáng AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Zen2Pay for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through Zen2Pay. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for operating and improving our service.

Limitation of Liability

Sáng AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Zen2Pay.

Service "As Is"

Zen2Pay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Zen2Pay shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sáng AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Zen2Pay or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zen2Pay at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your right to use Zen2Pay will immediately cease.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding obligations. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Zen2Pay shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.

Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of Zen2Pay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sáng AI regarding Zen2Pay.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
